SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast

SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is the ideal destination on the Sunshine Coast for a great day out exploring all kinds of marine and freshwater life and environments. Just a one hour drive north of Brisbane, this award winning and ever popular Mooloolaba tourist highlight allows visitors to not only observe but interact with creatures in their surroundings.

Explore multiple amazing zones over three levels, including Touch & Tell, Weird & Wonderful, Seal Island, Seahorse Sanctuary, Billabongs, Shipwreck Shores and the Tidal Touch Pool. You can experience Asian small-clawed otters, seals, sawfish and tropical reef fish without getting wet feet.

If you do wish to get your feet wet you can choose to participate in the Seal Encounters where you are given hands-on opportunities to interact with these animals. You can swim or play with the creatures and be involved in feeding and other activities. Book to train a seal for a day or dive with the sharks (payable direct).

SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is fully covered and air conditioned, so visitors can enjoy the experience no matter what the weather. The highly trained and qualified staff at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast are happy to assist in your journey to learn and experience more about the shows and displays available. They do recommend you allow at least 2 hours to fully explore the aquarium.
