BreakFree Alexandra Beach Resort is imaginatively designed around a 150 metre tropical lagoon pool. Ideally located directly opposite the patrolled surf beach at Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast, guests can choose from a range of self-contained apartments. As well as the lagoon style pool in the centre of this Sunshine Coast resort there is also a heated pool and a spa at each end, two waterslides, a rapids section and a pontoon. This is the heart of the resort and lots of fun for adults and children, for whom there are safe shallows. The pool closes at 9pm so guests can relax and enjoy their evening without noise. A security fenced playground by the pool gives the kids a place to play when they're not getting wet. A large covered barbecue area with tables tops off this extraordinary complex. The Alexandra Headland beach has a patrolled swimming area provided by the Alexandra Headland Surf Club.

Dining

The resort features a swim up pool bar, the excellent Citi Bar & Cafe with an outside deck poolside, and three other independently run restaurants at the front of the complex facing Alexandra Parade.

The complex includes a well-stocked late night supermarket with a good range of food items and essentials. There is also a 'Simply Pies Bakery' and an Asian takeaway in the resort complex, so there is no excuse to go hungry for guests who don't feel like cooking. Room service for dinner subject to Citi Bar and restaurant hours.
