The Point Coolum consists of luxurious 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom self contained villas and townhouses set in a private and tranquil Mediterranean village setting. Many of the villas are on 2 levels including a garage on the ground level and bedrooms & living area on the top level. Please note that as each villa is individually owned and furnished, the photographs are indicative only, however all villas have similar furnishings.

3 Bedroom Villa: Either Hilltop Villa or First Bay Terrace Villa. Bedding is 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 7 Adults and Children.
