From your Breakfree French Quarter balcony or courtyard, you can enjoy views of the resorts tropical gardens or sit back and enjoy the passing parade of holidaymakers along the sophisticated cafe walk of Noosa's Hastings Street.

BreakFree French Quarter, Noosa will be undergoing a full building repaint including remedial works commencing Monday 5 July 2010 with an expected completion date of 29 November 2010. For the duration of the project, there will be intermittent construction noise as remedial works are carried out, and scaffolding will be erected in sections of the resort. Whilst restricted access will be in place in sections of the property, it is not expected to impact directly on any recreational facilities. Tradespeople will be onsite from 7am until 4pm Monday to Saturday however, excess noise will be restricted to the hours between 9am to 4pm. Every effort will be made to ensure guest comfort throughout the course of the project.

Additional works will be undergoing major refurbishments to apartments within the resort. Dates of works will be 02nd August 2010 - 06th September 2010 and 08th November 2010 - 06th December 2010. Excessive noise may result in the first 2 weeks of each date range. Once the initial demolition works are completed, noise is restricted to general construction noise such as hammers and saws etc. Hours of work will be between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Saturday.
